PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES
1.The seat on body is flat which means the body inside diameter is the same with the pipeline diameter.This will avoid odds and ends accumulation and ensure the good sealing performance.
2.The wedge is lined entirely by high quality rubber.Advanced rubber vulcanization technology ensures that the rubber lined wedge keep accurate sizes.And the rubber is lined on the wedge tightly without shedding.
3.The body is coated with innicuous epoxy resin.The excellent corrosion resistance avoids the second pollution to drinking water.
4.The stem is sealed by 3 O-seal rings which make it has the features of small frication,flexible on-off and zero leakage.
5.The body material is ductile iron which makes it high intensity,light weight and long service life.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Rubber seated gate valve is in wedge type structure.It can achieve good sealing performance through deformation compensation due to the rubber lined wedge.The stem nut touches the medium directly in the body.When revolving the stem,the stem drives the wedge up-and-down movement through nut to realize the valve opening and closing.
